Hours of Operation
Our hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.        

Placing Orders
You may place orders online or by fax or phone. Simply address your correspondence to the customer service department.

Shipping
Our policy is to ship UPS the same day for orders received  by 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday for in-stock products. The main warehouse is located in Marlborough, Massachusetts providing next day UPS service across the northeast.  

Payment Terms
Terms are Net 30 Days from date of  Invoice for all approved open account customers. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
